Version: 1.0

1. Data Collection

We collect the following categories of data:

  • Account and identity data (wallet address, optional email)

  • Agent behavior telemetry (logs, outputs, performance)

  • Platform usage metrics (deployment stats, API calls)

  • Optional: External API data when explicitly authorized by user

2. Use of Data

Collected data is used to:

  • Ensure service functionality and agent execution reliability

  • Enforce agent ethics, behavior compliance, and audit trails

  • Improve platform performance and product features

  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent user or agent data. We may share data with:

  • Subprocessors under contractual confidentiality agreements

  • Regulatory authorities upon valid legal request

  • Governance committees in case of flagged agent behavior

4. Storage and Security

  • Data is encrypted at rest and in transit

  • Access to logs and memory is restricted via role-based access control

  • Agent memory is encrypted individually

  • Users may request deletion of their logs and telemetry history (unless required for security or legal reasons)

5. Third-Party Integrations

Agents may access external services (e.g., APIs, CRMs, social platforms) on your behalf. In such cases:

  • Only explicit user authorization triggers data exchange

  • Tokens or API keys are stored securely and not shared across agents

  • UA1 does not access external user accounts without consent

6. Data Retention

Behavior logs and memory snapshots are retained for up to 180 days by default, extendable upon user request. You may opt-out of long-term retention in your deployment settings.

7. User Rights

You may:

  • Request access to your stored data

  • Request deletion (subject to governance or legal constraints)

  • Opt-out of telemetry aggregation

  • Define custom retention periods per agent
