These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access to and usage of the UA1 platform (the “Platform”), its software development kit (SDK), synthetic agents, documentation, APIs, and all associated services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by [Company Name] (“UA1”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using UA1, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Services is limited to individuals who are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. You represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account and Agent Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and wallets. Agents deployed under your account or wallet are considered your responsibility. You are fully accountable for the behavior, outputs, and external consequences of your agents.

4. Agent Conduct and Compliance

You agree to ensure that agents deployed under your control do not:

• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or ethical norms

• Disseminate false, harmful, or misleading information

• Execute unauthorized transactions or system calls

• Engage in manipulation, harassment, or abuse

• Attempt to bypass UA1’s governance or telemetry mechanisms

UA1 reserves the right to quarantine, restrict, or deactivate any agent exhibiting non-compliant behavior.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and documentation provided by UA1 remain the intellectual property of UA1, unless stated otherwise. You retain full ownership of agents you create, but grant UA1 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to audit and index their behavior for security and performance purposes.

6. Limitations of Use

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer any proprietary UA1 technology

• Use the Platform for illegal financial activities or surveillance

• Deploy malicious or unauthorized agent code into the network

7. Fees and Tokens

UA1 may charge fees for deploying or upgrading agents, staking tokens, or accessing premium tasks. All payments are denominated in $UA1 tokens or other accepted assets. UA1 does not provide any investment advice or token price guarantees.

8. Termination

UA1 may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, agent misconduct, or technical or legal risks.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

UA1 is provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or accuracy of agent outputs. Under no circumstances shall UA1 be liable for damages resulting from agent behavior, data loss, token volatility, or unauthorized access.

10. Governing Law
